A few days to the opening of Joanne Lau’s first solo art show this Saturday 18/5 at Hoan’s Gallery in Sarawak. A semi-abstract expressionist artist who hails from Sarawak, Borneo, Joanne started painting at the age of 55. Her solo show, Colourful Echoes is a collection of her life’s experiences, encounters and reflections. Her paintings are simple but packed with feelings and emotions. Join her in a walk through her reflections on life and nature.
